Book reserved seating packages and have your table wating for you when you arrive. Everything is included in your package except for alcoholic beverages. It is not necessary to book reserved seating. If you do not want a reserved seating package you are welcome to walk in and wait for a table and order from the menu normally. We seat walkins on a first come first serve basis. We recommend a reserved seating package for anyone who does not want to wait and for parties of 6 or more. The reserved seating packages are for one person so you will need to buy one for each person in your party.
There are 2 packages to choose from. 1st package has restrictions on menu selections and is only available on weekdays and weeknights and not available on Friday night, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. The 2nd package has no restrictions on menu or dates. Please make sure you choose the correct package based on when you woud like to come. If you choose the standard package and come in on a Friday night, weekend or holiday it will not be accepted.
Upon your arrival you will be required to present identification and the credit card used to purchase the tickets. The name on the ID and the credit card must match. If you do not have the credit card used to make the purchase then an alternative credit card must be presented which you will authorize us to charge in the event the original card is declined for any reason.
Please show up on time for your reserved seating package. Seats will only be held for 15 minutes past your reservations time. If you show up after 15 minutes will will need to wait for the next available table.
Drink tickets are only for people who bought a lunch or dinner package. You may not just purchase drink tickets.
Reserved seating can not be cancelled or refunded but it can be rescheduled if you email us at least 6 hours prior to your originally scheduled time. To reschedule please email us at email@example.com and include name, orginal date and time, number of people, order # and new desired date and time.
There are no refunds under any circumastances. Please email us with any questions you have about packages.
